2024 Summer Season
Two Room Efficiency Suites (2 adults & minor children):
Upper Units - $1600 per week
Lower Units - $1600 per week
MOTORCYCLE WEEK: $225/night 6/7-6/12 (3 night min)
$250/night 6/13-6/16 (3 night min)
Overflow rooms (1 - 2 adults):

**We do not accept credit cards. Personal checks and travelers checks are accepted.
1. The Greystone property is entirely smoke-free indoors and out.
2. So all guests can enjoy the property equally we do not allow pets.
3. The efficiencies are rented Saturday to Saturday during summer. Check-in 3:00 pm; check-out 10:00 am.
4. Because we have waiting lists on most weeks, we have refund deadlines on the two deposits. The first $300 deposit is due Nov. 30 and is refundable until February 15th. The second $300 deposit is due March 1st and refundable until April 15th.
5. Each unit has one parking space. If there will be more than one car please contact the office for availability and rates.
6. The Greystone property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests, and we price accordingly.
7. All efficiency units have a fridge, built-in stovetop burners, microwave, coffee-maker, basic dishware, pots and pans, and are self-housekeeping. The Greystone provides bath towels, sheets, quilt and blanket, dishtowels, dish and pump hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. All are available in the office.
